In Poland, games from Codemasters were also popular, they were released on single cartridges and compilations, they were called golden 4 and golden 5, they could be purchased separately or were added to the console, on golden 4 there were such games as: go dizzy go, super robin hood, boomerang kid (this is the only game that was not sold on a single cartridge) and soccer simulator golden 5 had the following games: micro machnies, ultimate stuntman, big nose the caveman, big nose freaks out, the fantastic adventure of dizzy 4 was released in a cardboard box with a plastic insert 5 was released in a plastic box with Polish and English manuals individual games were released in cardboard boxes with a plastic insert and a poster today these editions are very rare I managed to buy 4 at a relatively good price.

I love this game it's definitely one of my favourites despite the easy difficulty, and the music is so good. If you beat it 100% you unlock extra mode where you only have 3 health instead of 6

Man, we used to love renting the unlicensed games. The cartridges were so different, and there were some gems. We had some Tengen, but we’d rent Bee 52, Master Chu and the Drunkard Hu, and Death Race to name a few. I really enjoyed them!

Those bees always creeped me out. Not sure if there were any other flying enemies besides them but if there were I won’t be playing that anytime soon. At least those look like bees and you know that’s what they are. It’d suck if they had other flying enemies like in deadly towers where you don’t even know what the hell they are.

Power Blade is actually a localized version of the Famicom game Power Blazer. In that game, the Mega Man influence is even more obvious. The main character is even a blue cartoony robot guy.

Old man complaint time: Duck Tales 2 comes from a time when AAA developers cared enough to not only make a game that was like its cartoon counterpart but iterated on the formula from the first game. That's somewhat rare to see in today's AAA gaming world (not so much in the indie game market).

Hi thanks im a subscriber. Question please : So all those black cartridges that say Tengen on them are AUTHENTIC ? Theyre not knock offs and ok to sell on Ebay ? How do we know if a cartridge is not an authentic licensed one ? Like those gold ones that are shiny with like 4 games in one or with a switch on the back of the cart... Those are not Authentic and not ok to sell on Ebay right ? Thanks. Anybody knowledgeable please reply soon
